When should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 7 days before you need it, but in some cases can deliver the candy in as quickly as 3 days. We ask that you include your preferred delivery date when checking out so we can do our best to have your cotton candy arrive as close to that date as possible. All orders ship from Arizona, so West Coast deliveries typically arrive sooner than East Coast deliveries. While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, we'll always aim to have your sweet treats arrive on or before your requested date!

Our cotton candy is made fresh to order! Shelf life depends on the packaging:
- Heat-sealed bags: 2–4 weeks or longer
- Airtight plastic tubs: 4–6 moths or longer
For the best freshness and fluffy texture, keep your cotton candy sealed in its original packaging and store it in a cool, dry place away from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight.
