Hello, and welcome to Rainbow Cotton Candy’s Refund/Return/Exchange Policy page. First, thank you for placing your order with Rainbow Cotton Candy. We appreciate the love and always want you to be 100% satisfied with you cotton candy! However, in some instances, we can not provide a full refund on an order. That being said, we are willing to work together to find a happy ending for both us and our awesome customers.
Here are the situations in which we will replace an order or provide a refund.
Cotton candy arrives not as ordered
If there is a problem with your order that was a mistake on our end (shipped wrong product, wrong flavors or when it arrives the candy is hard or defective) if you notify us within 24 hours of arrival we will happily fix the problem by sending you a new order or refunding all or part of the cost of your order. Cotton candy arrives damaged
If your product arrives damaged in shipping, please take a picture and email it to us. The solutions to this problem could include replacing the damaged product, issuing a refund or replacing the entire box if all the contents are damaged. *We do require you to keep the box for 14 days so the shipping company can inspect it if necessary.
Why a refund may not be given
If the item is materially similar to the description, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:
- You don’t want it after you’ve purchased the cotton candy
- The item did not meet your expectations
- You bought an item by mistake
- Shipping delays caused by shipping company
